No need to pre-book—just dive in and enjoy every moment!
We offer a packed daily schedule workshops, talks and activities across multiple venues that are completely FREE and included with your ticket. There's something for everyone, from dance and crafts to music and wellbeing sessions. Plus, the dedicated Kids Field offers daily workshops tailored for both little ones and older children, so the whole family can join the fun.

Movements Area
Our ‘Movements’ area is visually beautiful, including a demonstration permaculture garden and a small woodland area offering a variety of inspiring, creative and empowering activities to inspire festival goers about all the positive actions that are going on in the world around them. We aim to focus on the power of community, collaboration and positive action. This year our 'Movements' area will reflect our biodiversity theme.
Soul Sweats Wild Spa
Looking for a way to relax, feel refreshed, and soak in nature’s beauty? Detox in our wild saunas, refresh in our cold plunges and showers and relax in our tree nets and shaded outdoor zone.
Soul Sweats is the perfect refresh during a festival, where you can immerse yourself in a unique wild spa experience through the natural elements of fire, water, wood, and air. Nestled in a growing meadow on the Cornish cliffs with beautiful sea views, the Soul Sweats Wild Spa is entirely powered by burning wood.
Private and communal sessions available for 3 different saunas including cold plunges & showers - we were fully booked for the last two years so please book your sessions in advance:

The Wellbeing Nook
Recharge yourself in The Wellbeing Nook - run by ethical, highly experienced and intuitive practitioners.
Offerings: Aromatherapy, pregnancy massage, reflexology, deep tissue, therapeutic massage, reiki, biodynamic cranio sacral, and holistic massage. Manual lymphatic drainage, body and facials.
Timings: Bookings are available between 10am - 6pm, hourly, on the hour. Pre-booking is advised.
Price: £60 per hour.

Ceremonial cacau, trip drinks, gusto colo, lemonade, herbal teas, energy balls, nut and seed bars, flapjacks and raw cacau tiffin cake are available at The Wellbeing Nook cafe.

Sound Healing
Helen and Jason are both sound healing practitioners who studied gong master training under Don Conreaux the creator of gong baths. They both believe in the power of sonic energy and low frequency vibration to heal the mind, body and spirit.
Through their individual healing journeys they both discovered the importance of using sound, connection to pure living water and intention as being vital to developing health. As well as the connection to nature and the energetics of sacred sites which all amalgamated helped guide them on their inner galactic healing paths to share with others.
They aim to provided a Shamanic approach with their sound healing. The Connection to ancient wisdom and those that have walked before them guide the foundation of their ethos.
