terms & conditions

All Tropical Pressure Festival 2024 Tickets are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a ticket, as purchase constitutes acceptance of them, both by you and any other party you buy tickets for.

1. Refunds, Transfers and Cancellations

All festival tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of an event postponement your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new event dates.

NAME CHANGES: Ticket BUYERS can request to change Attendee name/s ONCE, by filling in this form, and only until midnight on June 30th 2024. ***Please*** make sure that you purchase the correct ticket for your needs and that the NAMED people on each ticket are able to attend the event before buying. We cannot make name changes to the NAMED BUYER on the ticket.

TRANSFERS: If you wish or need to sell your ticket to someone else then we will ONLY accept ticket exchanges that have been issued and administered by TWICKETS. If you have bought a ticket from someone via another platform (eg. Facebook/Ebay) and the name on the ticket doesn’t match your ID, you’ll be refused entry.

2. Festival Entry

Only customers holding a valid e-Ticket will be admitted to the Event.

Tickets are uniquely named, bar-coded and allow one person entry. It is your responsibility to arrive at the festival site with a valid, printed e-ticket, and you MUST present additional ID to confirm it is your ticket. Valid ID = Bank card/Drivers' License/Utility Bill. We will do everything in our power to ensure that only the named ticket holder in each instance gains access to the site, but cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets or ID’s.

On arrival at the Festival site, your unique ticket barcode will be scanned, and you will be given a festival wristband, which must be worn at all times through the duration of the event. You will be asked to show this to gain admission to the Main Arena, and other site areas. Anyone who is unable to present a valid wristband on request from any of the Tropical Pressure team or Security staff at any time during the festival weekend will be asked to leave site, so please keep your wristband safe.

Saturday & Sunday Day tickets (on sale April 2024) will be given coloured wristbands that permit entry to the site for THAT DAY ONLY. You will not be allowed to bring camping equipment on site or sleep in your car, and will be unable to gain access to the festival site on any other day.

3. Arriving and Leaving

Weekend Ticket-holders can enter the festival site between the following times, when the Admission Office will be open:

10am – 10pm Friday 12th July

10am – 10pm Saturday 13th July

10am – 10pm Sunday 14th July

Ticket holders can leave the site at any time but no re-entry will be permitted after 10pm on any day, when the inbound Car Park gates will be closed.

2. Booking Fee

All tickets are sold via our ticketing partner, TicketTailor, and their payment provider, Stripe. We charge just 5% per ticket to cover some of our admin fees. Please don’t ask if you can avoid this. It nowhere near covers what it costs us, and is a lot less than most festivals charge! (usually about 10%)

4. Children and Young Adults

Children & Young Adults are very welcome at Tropical Pressure Festival but remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times.

IMPORTANT: Young Adult, Infant and Child tickets are only valid when BOUGHT alongside an adult ticket. We need to know at time of booking who each accompanying adult will be and their contact details. All attendees under the age of 18 (whether Infant, Child or Young Adult tickets) MUST be accompanied throughout the festival by that adult (over 25), and their contact details will be written on the Child/Under 18’s wristband.

We will admit a maximum of 3 x under 18s per adult. Adults accompanying under 18s must be over 25.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the suitability of the event for any children in your party, considering such factors as curfew times, appropriateness of music, size of event etc.

5. Dogs

Sorry but we can’t allow any dogs on site, unless registered Guide or Hearing dogs. If you arrive with your dog you will NOT be permitted access to the car park. Anyone found to have brought their dog on site will be asked to leave and will have their wristband removed. We love pooches, and a hot festival car park is not the place for them.

6. Alcohol

The Festival will operate several fully licensed and affordable bars, and only those over the age of 18 will be served (ID Required) The Eco Park operates a Challenge 21 policy, and you will be asked to provide ID even if you are over 18.

NO ALCOHOL purchased off the premises will be allowed onto the main festival site under any circumstances, and the staff reserve the right to confiscate and destroy and alcohol being drunk on the main site that was not bought here.

We allow a reasonable amount of alcohol to be brought in to the camping area: Check out the FAQ’s for more info.

7. Food

Tropical Pressure Festival is a 100% Plant Based event, and there will be plenty of food stalls serving healthy and wholesome meals and snacks throughout the day. You are welcome to bring your own food and snacks (which are not required to be Plant Based!) into the festival but we do ask that you please try and minimise your pre-packaged food waste.

8. Recycling & The Environment

We want Tropical Pressure Festival to be one of the greenest on the calendar, and have big plans to be totally zero waste by 2025. We kindly request that you help us by using the specially designated Recycling Bins for your rubbish, and taking the time to keep food waste separate from recyclable packaging. Please also bring your own mugs to use in the Food Market and have a think about your single plastic waste and the type of items you will be bringing on site. And when it comes to dressing up, think home-made and recycled costumes.. it all helps!

9. Camping

All Weekend passes include camping in a designated area within the festival site, which is for TENTS only. Anyone looking to bring a campervan or live-in vehicle onto the site MUST purchase a valid Live-In Vehicle or Family Camping pass, and park for the duration of the weekend in the designated area. We can only allow a limited number of Live-in vehicles onto the site. Those turning up at the site with a Live-in vehicle and no suitable pass may be turned away; there is no camping allowed in the Car park.

N.B CARAVANS - Caravans are permitted in the live-in vehicle and Family Camping area, yes, with a valid pass for either. But entrance is only permitted between 10am and 2pm on Friday 12th July and you will need to park your car in the car park (and pay the parking fee) after setting up.

FAMILY CAMPING is in a designated and monitored quiet area. You can bring one live-in vehicle OR one car into this area, plus ONE tent. This pass is for families and those wanting a quieter, family orientated place to sleep during the festival, so please only book it if that applies to your group! Anyone causing late night disturbance will be asked to move into the main campsite, and you won't get a refund...

10. Things to Leave At Home

The following items will NOT be permitted in the campsite: Personal stereos, Glass bottles, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, and weapons of any kind. All other items that are brought in to the Car park or either campsite are left at your own risk.

Tropical Pressure Festival is situated in a beautiful, rural area, and we kindly ask you to respect the welfare of our neighbours by adhering to a 12pm noise curfew across the main campsite.

11. Bus Shuttle Service

Tickets for the FREE Bus Shuttle Service permit return travel on a dedicated, private service running from Redruth Train Station to the festival site, with no additional pick-up or drop off sites. Please ONLY book this service if that route works for you. You will need to present the driver with your bus shuttle e-ticket for scanning. A ticket guarantees you a return shuttle journey, but not on a specific bus.

And finally.....

12. Safety for All

Tropical Pressure is all about good music, great vibes and the coming together of all ages to enjoy a rich, cultural event. Anti-social behaviour and activities, including any behaviour which the festival staff and stewards feel may significantly affect the enjoyment of other persons at the event, will not be tolerated and you will be ejected without refund.

All good? Excellent!  Now go get your tickets…
